FF Doorbell is an internal tool used only by LunaBee Management. It alerts our own staff tools when a Furnished Finder inquiry or guest message arrives at lunabeemanagement@gmail.com.
What it reads: with read-only access, it checks that one mailbox for Furnished Finder emails and reads only the sender, subject and date. It doesn't read the message body.
What it keeps: the IDs of the last 200 emails it has seen, so it doesn't alert twice.
Who sees it: the sender, subject and date go to LunaBee Management's own assistant software, which handles the inquiry. We don't sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone else.
Google data: our use of data from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Removing access: the account owner can revoke access at any time in their Google Account settings.
